How is my monthly price set?
Your price is based on transaction volume, the number of accounts we reconcile, and any add-ons like payroll or HST filing. You get a firm quote after a free consultation — the number we agree on is the number you pay.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Plans are month-to-month. If your situation changes, you can adjust or pause your plan — just give us notice before the next monthly close.
What if my books are behind?
Catch-up work is quoted as a one-time project first, so your monthly price stays clean. Once you’re caught up, you roll straight into a regular monthly plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — plans are reviewed together as your business grows. Moving between tiers is a conversation, not a renegotiation.
Do I still need an accountant?
We keep your books clean all year and prepare a full year-end package. Where filings are needed, they’re completed with our partner CPA — so everything stays compliant without you juggling two firms.
